Introduction

2. Introduction

Marek Żydek (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61552409027984),

You said “you cannot learn letwhayte by reading”, yet you never heard of or seen some of the techniques and principles that I revealed to you in our chats and letters, right? I have much more I can tell you that you NEVER heard of, thought of, or knew about. I knew you were ignorant about them because you couldn’t learn deep letwhayte secrets from Dave Ludac too. In some of the videos of you doing training, most of what you are doing is not letwhayte and some of the elbows, movements, blocks and activities you are doing are actually FORBIDDEN moves that are AGAINST letwhayte. You do those moves and you call what you are doing letwhayte, then you are corrupting the art. No insults to you, but I have to inform you the truths! Very technical aspects like how the letwhayte warriors are breathing, blocking, and executing punches, I revealed to you a little bit already, but you also have no idea HOW THEY ARE LOOKING while they fight too. Many training methods you do that I see in videos are wrong. There is something I named COMPLEX VISION which I explain thoroughly in MTB INSTRUCTIONAL VOL 2. Your words “you cannot learn letwhayte by reading” is wrong.

I also wrote long ago, in order to learn letwhayte, you have to be able to read, and speak Burmese, fight with at least 50 different letwhayte warriors from different tribes, or watch hundreds of fights and figure out if you are smart with other fundamental info you have (but most people are not high-level in intellect). Note Myanmar have major tribes, such as Kachin, Kaya, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Bama (Burmese), Yakhine, Shan, and others minor tribes such as, Wa, Daware, Pa loung, and many Kabyar (mixed foreigners like me). I belong in Kabyar group, which is European (British descents like me), Chinese descents (like me), Indians, Persian/Mongolian descents (like me), and etc living there for 4 or 10 generations, yet they do not belong in any native tribes, so the word Kabyar (mixed foreigners) exist officially to describe them! Dave didn’t really fight all tribal guys. He visited them and pandered them and did phony sparing the western style. You have to explicitly challenge and state that you want to fight and do it again and again to have an idea about the hidden-invisible system. Dave does not speak Burmese! He cannot read Burmese! He only did fighting in the ring where the fighters he met were promoted established warriors. I am not saying they are not REAL letwhayte warriors. Letwhayte warriors fight differently according to the region and background they grew up at.

I will pick a few big names to explain: Tun Tun Min, Saw Thair Myo (Win Zin Oo the teacher), Down Nyo Lay, Saw Kna Mun, Saw Wan Chine, Shwe Wa Tun, Shwe Du Wan, Shwe Sine, Lone Chaw, Twait Ma Shoung, Win Tun, Thamun Kya, and etc.

Dave’s greatest opponent was Tun Tun Min. By defeating him, he became a champ. Tun Tun Min has firm background in WESTERN BOXING training. Tun Tun Min has authentic letwhayte style straight punch although his first language was western boxing (like me), using full hand extension and shoulder shield, but he DOES NOT HAVE A BULL GUARD in this punch! He does not understand BULL GUARD! That’s his greatest weakness! I think it’s because he trained so many years to do well in western boxing matches, that he got stuck in those ways, so no one ever taught him nor did he ever figure it out by himself. In his latest fight I saw 9/22/2024, I saw he changed and had Bull Guard, but he did poorly in Bull Guard applications and Elephant Step applications against Dave. Dave was much better in applying techniques although Tun Tun Min was tougher. There are a lot of tools to destroy Bull Guard, documented in MTB VOL 2 about 15 years ago.

Saw Their Myo was pure letwhayte warrior, much more pure than Tun Tun Min and my favorite the best. He was never considered a letwhayte champion, he only fought about 10 fights in the ring, and retired UNDEFEATED, and finished all his fights with KO. Life was hard to pursuit true passions… His life behind the ring was a sad story. Everything he did in fighting was AUTHENTIC LETWHAYTE. Highlight in his mastery techniques was that he was a clinching master who can KO the opponent with various slam-down crushing knees, or sometimes head-butts, he was one of the few who executed the legendary Python Throw in the ring and KOed the opponent, the American Challenger. People couldn’t understand what happened. I showed you a little hint in my video (time 8:15) you see, but I don’t think you have an idea what’s happening there. I also bet Dave has no clue what is happening there. There are hidden tactics and requirements in actions to apply it realistically, which cannot be guessed by watching unless I explain.

Down Nyo Lay was a distinct letwhayte warrior who used consistent crash-down slams from clinch, especially with knee. These are very important letwhayte-identity techniques, which are disappearing nowadays.

Saw Kna Mun, who rose to Champion status also have many letwhayte applications in his arsenal. His most deadly were the consistent usage of Bear Throw in the ring, as well as using headbutt in crash-down slams, even more deadly than Dow Nyo Lay’s above. Saw Kna Mun often defied letwhayte’s Bull Guard principle and did forbidden “rolling around head or rolling with punches tactics” that exist in Western Boxing principles, which I detest. He retreated constantly and ran around, which is also against the letwhayte principle. That habit also was the downfall of him.

Saw Wan Chine was the master of Bull Guard and Bull Rush. MTB VOL 1 borrowed a lot of his actions to describe my video needs in writing the book. BTW, these books come with videos and writings on papers. After I released that book, MMA world started using the term BULL RUSH, and some of the techniques, and also Leap Punch. To present day, 97% of all Leap Punches appeared in MMA fights were broken wrong ones. At least I changed them.

Shwe Wa Tun, who fought until 68 year old in the ring against men in 20s, was in many way my teacher, whose tactics were used by many of my challengers in the past, which I learned from and copied. People in Myanmar gave his punches a name that translates “Reversal Fist (coming-back-around). You said my punch is nothing like you’ve seen before. I learned from him. I do many other tactics, but he would use Eagle Wing (or Chicken Wing) stance 90% of the time with firm Elephant-Step guards, and execute that Reversal Fist (counter punch) because he was not agile anymore and old. In his younger days, I heard he executed Tiger Leap Punches, Monkey Leap Punches, and other very advanced Dynamic God’s Shield tactics in the ring consistently. BTW, there is an appearance of Dynamic God’s Shield in the video at least twice. Can you find one for me?

Shwe Du Wan’s greatest accomplishment was giving Wan Chine’s champion status a hard time with many challenges. His face was punch proof because in his trainings he hits his face with the bag. I headbutt the tree in trainings, but never trained my face that way… I have more respect to the warriors who trained for offensive powers.

Shwe Sine also reached to a champion status but didn’t hold it very long. He was good with dash in attacks, but those are NOT BULL RUSH. Highlight in his success is the consistent use of Dynamic God’s Shield that confused the opponents.

Lone Chaw, was a hand-pick warrior a letwhayte teacher Win Zin Oo picked to train to destroy Saw Wan Chine. He used deadly double knees. Now you know a double knee is one of the Bull Guard Killers, but there are other tools in letwhayte system to destroy Bull Guard.

Twait Ma Shoung was probably the most decorative letwhayte warrior champion so far, retired undefeated, who used Bull Guard 80% of times, and used attack principle called “Walk-in Bull Guard”, which was like slow version of Bull Rush, while following all the key tactics, except the speed. Twait was the only letwhayte warrior I knew who could reach 4th energy level in the fights. The Energy Level training and mastering them is very important. I think Twait purposely cultivate Internal Force like me in his trainings. He has a mysterious teacher who taught him martial arts since young age and gave him that tough-guy martial nickname Twait Ma Shoung, which translates to “I don’t dodge enemies”. He was the legendary letwhayte warrior who had the highest energy level so far in history.

Win Tun was my favorite because he learned letwhayte like me the hard way. Early days of his fights in ring were all losses. He didn’t give up with losing streak about 0-30 and became a master icon in letwhayte later. He was not regarded as a champion but he gave the hardest time to Twait Ma Shoung in championship challenge fights in final days of his career. He used most variety tactics in letwhayte system when he fights, he would change and adapt to various techniques and tactics unlike Twait who used Walk-in Bull Guard all the times. I named him King of Letwhayte in my writings in the old days because his knowledge of letwhayte was very versatile. He is weak in clinch though. He destroyed many extremely tough letwhayte warriors with pure art although he is naturally not tough, but he didn’t do well with Twait when they met at top-level battles.

Thamun Kya is the oldest letwhayte warrior alive presently. He used palm edge strikes in the ring, KOed his opponents and became a champion before Shwe Wa Tun. The spinning fists you see commonly in the ring, he would strike with palm edge both way, using landing part both thumb side and pinky side. Targets for the strikes would be sides of the neck, and temple areas.

There are Five Letwhate Stances, such as Bull Guard, Standard Stance, Rooster Wings (Eagle Wings), One-Hand Extension, and Two-Hand Extensions. Elephant Step Principles is always present on the legs, and Complex Vision Principle is a deep secret many ignorant people cannot crack. Without really understanding them, you won’t go anywhere. You cannot learn these from ignorant teachers who hold pads for you to hit, wasting your time and destroying your realistic hitting mechanics, tactics, techniques, and skills your strikes need.

Lastly, my teachings are not limited to word reading, but with videos, and verbal explanations. You have never seen, heard of, or read the knowledge, techniques, principles, and many other deep mysteries in the videos that I recently just reopened to public. I closed them out because I didn’t want some sneak to be learning letwhayte like stealing my knowledge, but there is much more I can explain in details and revealed, so I shouldn’t be stingy. I should leave the portal to knowledge open like I had before to recruit truthful apprentices out in the world to stump the evil. Two of my favorite apprentices told me that what they learned from me in two months was equivalent to what they were learning for 10 years or more in striking arts and other non-mainstream valuable martial knowledge. I leave everything in God the Creator’s Hands how the learners will use the knowledge, but I have to keep the truthful knowledge public.

If the video link is broken, sorry the source no longer has it. My answer is based on ignorant people who would try a sweep like that against a master-level letwhayte warrior like me. This kind of detail interactive explanation, answering specific questions as the “book” is written, is how MTB VOL 3 will progress with public.

Awareness of the where the opponent’s head is very important in letwhayte. You have to know where it is even without looking, time 11:52 on URL https://aaw.link/knight-foundation/letwhayte-system-secrets-book.html. I put the video here again for easy view:

Letwhayte warriors do not look at the opponent’s face while fighting. They are not looking at anything or focusing their eyes on anything particular and small, but rather creating a big wide vision that is fully alert to respond movements from the opponents. This training is called Complex Vision Principle, published in MTB INSTRUCTION VOL 2: Conditioning Methods & All Mechanics. I will put MTB VOL 1, a nd VOL 2, instructions on the same URL for Myanmar Traditional Boxing VOL 3-- very soon open to public but with copy right.

Legs are trained to win Elephant-Step battles (this trick Dave Leduc (Marek Żydek’s first letwhayte teacher) learned very well and mastered it, used it all the times in the ring, but I see his weakness even in this) on the bottom, and hand attacks are dealt with in various ways, such as Bull Guard, which can turn into Bull Rush, suppressing hand from One-Hand-Extension stance, time 9:09 in the URL above (or more advanced Two-Hands-Extension stance), counter attacks, which you can see plenty in the video at various times, and direct answer to your question, bobbing head, stooping down head, is forbidden in letwhayte, is at time 13:13. Note I am not talking about clinching, elbow battles, and head-butts here. All my disciples (apprentices) were explicitly trained for realistic skills and abilities like this. I don’t waste their times and my time making them do nonsense like holding disgusting pads and make them hit. I detest all pads and gears. Training like this, https://youtu.be/36qYRvVyxZg, is what makes mainstream Muay Thai fighter, kickboxers, and many kickers you see, so ineffective in the ring. They are kicking up like upper-cut kick and they cannot kick directing the force to the sides anymore. Their body mechanics can’t do it anymore! That’s why you see many kicks land back and forth but nothing much happened at MMA and Muay Thai fights. I can take out most people with 3 clean-landing kicks. Even one clean kick can take away 20% of their energies like at time 9:08. The guy you see at 7:46 received about 5 clean kicks and finally gave up. A shin kick at 8:05 hurt him and he started to realize that I was hunting his head. Most people would be done by then, getting about 6 kicks from me, but he was also a tough warrior from Myanmar. All the actions you see were all real, not scripted videos. That guy was wearing a very thick pants that helped him a lot and the loose mats on the floor moved as I generated power reducing it, and made the target move also reducing the impact effect in addition. I realized this, so I moved and kicked from bared floor, while he was on mats. I could finish him with one punch on the face, but I was using him to demonstrate applications of letwhayte on video and to my students watching. That stranger had absolute courage to fight me without knowing who I was. His two friends who brought him there regarded him highly on his martial skills. He did not seem big, but he took out my big tall disciple Graham Farmer with a kick landing from the back area on the balls. No excuse for my disciple Graham Farmer. We had no rules like don’t hit me in the balls. I took on many strangers and counting on them attacking my eyes and balls, although I NEVER attacked them at those area and cheated the fight! Don’t call yourself a martial artist if you don’t know how to protect your balls and rely on the rules for the opponent to not hit it. Letwhayte Elephant Step Principle, if anyone really mastered it, automatically protects the balls all the times. If your balls get hit, it means your ES Principle broke or was weak, especially if you are fighting someone who is completely ignorant of it, then you were beaten! Old letwhayte rules have no groin protection rules and I think we still have events, which rule is in effect. High-level warriors do not attack the balls intentionally out of respect, but most don’t complain if hits come land on it. ES Principle makes impossible for clean hits to land on balls.

I told all my disciples always, if you think you are so powerful and your legs are so hard, kick my legs for training (most don’t want to kick me anymore after about 10 times), or join me in kicking the tree 50 times or 100 times-- they can’t do even 3 times. No one wants to take even one kick from me (although blocking is allowed but they don’t know how to block (if stranger) or my disciples can’t beat me in the small-adjustment battles in landing).

Don’t put yourself in pads, or make someone wear them and challenge to fight. If you are a teacher, but you can’t let your students hit you without pads and you don’t know how to deal with or feel the pain, then you shouldn’t be teaching! All my disciples were given opportunity to destroy me before they were accepted as disciples. I told them all before accepted, even high-level teachers at other martial arts systems, to kill me in 3 minutes. I was not allowed to attack back, but can only block and defend myself. None of them could even hurt me. I hung out with pro MMA fighters. Many of them flattered me or made the relationship confusing, instead of challenging me or humbling themselves as disciples and learn valuable knowledge. Because of some disrespectful and dishonest behaviors, I never taught anyone on “casual” relationship status. I issued many challenges from my side to others (even the stranger teachers at other schools), but 99% of them dodged it when they realized I was not joking or my skills, and background in martial arts were what they considered a nightmare they never wanted to face. I helped out many pro MMA fighters going into ring, refraining myself for an opportunity to challenge them when they had pro fights pending, but all of them I knew were pathetic injured people living in pains, while acting like supermen in the ring. They didn’t know how to take care of themselves or heal.

Time 11:03 is how I trained my disciples. Everyone couldn’t kick me more than about 20 times. No one can take one kick from me. The kicks you see whether low and mid height, and head kick (blocked by hands) have little invisible ways (tricks), landing area adjustments, and counter attack in the block that can hurt the kicker and/or off balance, which I called Stop Block Principle. You can see it applied many times in 13:16.

Some lame teachers like Phil Dunlap commented that my students were not really students but disciples. I thought about it and accepted the word--it’s not a bad word. I honor and practice truthful honest behavior in relationship. I don’t not turn blind ears and eyes to lying insolent behaviors in anyone. I do not fake anything!

Temperature Specific Strength

10/22/2023

My body can stay very strong in the temperature range 75F--90F. I can feel my internal energy tank like little burning flame all the time, ready to flare up at will. I feel uncomfortable like my skin starts burning at about 88F. Beyond 88F, I can only stay strong in energy-charged state at up to 98F I feel comfortable, but my skin color changes darker so drastically-- even if I stay off the sunlight. I need to charge up my body with various kinds of exercises, breathing and energy-charging techniques (people call it meditation, not really but Life Force cultivating exercises) at least two times per week to stay active and healthy for consistent temperatures below 70F. Otherwise, my body goes into dormant state and want to sleep more and I would age rapidly. When I exercise, my body reverse aging and healing rates for anything exponentially grow. I only sleep about 4hrs per day and I cannot sleep for more than 1.5hr. I can spring out into full-alert fight-ready mode at slight noise while I am sleeping. I notice my skin color turn lighter rapidly as the weather temperature falls.

Here’s something personal. I eat all the times like every hour and I poop three times per day. My body needs a lot of food to turn into energy and it can digest very quickly. I can’t keep up with balance diets, which needs meat, rice, milk, vegetables, and all kinds of food. If I eat just one kind for about 3 days, like too much meat with no vegetables, I have to fix my digestive system back after 3 days. Too much milk is also bad and too much of anything is bad. Some shallow person saw my vitamins, dietary supplements, and protein shake powders. He shallowly said you don’t age because of those. I don’t live on those. I told him to go buy them and take them but he would suffer a lot if he doesn’t know what he’s doing. The key is to feel your body all the time and supply it with what it needs, such as using up energies, charging up energies, giving special food like multivitamin at the right moment, eating correct food, and healing the damages. I don’t baby myself. I physically destroy myself when I exercise, and I eat junk foods when I don’t have time to go shopping. My body has super ability to heal the damages because I trained it that way. Not that I was doing it knowingly, I discovered it as I got deeper into martial-arts knowledge. I can feel my organs and I can control them.

I view the body needing specific temperature range as a weakness, but most people do way worse than me. They are just so ignorant and numb about themselves or using drugs all the times to feel anything and stay strong. However, I knew some people in my life who can stay very strong in cold naturally. I have to be in energy-charged state with special concentrated breathing techniques to be fighting the cold when I am in the cold weather outside like Buffalo, NY.

Lastly, my friend told me that you have no one to take care of you if you got sick. I wouldn’t call myself a sage-level martial artist and live alone if I need that. True warrior can do well on his own. That is the real training for life the real martial artists shoot for in the ancient times-- like samurai on journey or samurai in training. So far it was me who took care of many sick people in my life and when I was sick no one or no doctor could take care of me but myself.
